Spare Parts Provision Policy

1. Provision of Essential and Regularly Requested Parts

o Aljomaih Automotive is committed to consistently providing spare parts requested by customers.


2. Provision of Rare Parts

o The company is committed to providing rare parts within a period not exceeding 14 days.


3. Special Parts Orders

o A written agreement is made with the customer regarding the timeframe for providing specially requested spare parts.

o The customer is required to pay the full value of the parts before placing the order.

o The company will provide the customer with a copy of the order confirmation, including the details of the requested part.


4. Confirmation of Requested Part Details

o Upon payment for the part, the customer acknowledges having reviewed and approved the details of the requested part and confirms it is the desired item they intend to purchase, eliminating any ambiguity.


5. Parts Verification

o Customers can verify the requested parts through inspection at Aljomaih Service Centers, with the customer bearing the inspection cost.


6. Hazardous Parts

o Parts classified as hazardous are ordered directly from the manufacturer as needed.

o A written agreement will determine the provision period, with adherence to safety requirements and storage of limited quantities.


7. Vehicle Models

o The company is committed to providing spare parts for vehicle models up to 10 years old.

o Spare parts are supplied in compliance with local and Gulf specifications exclusively.




Spare Parts Return Policy

1. Return Conditions

o Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the purchase date, provided the original invoice is presented.

o The part must be in its original condition, unused, and not installed or programmed.

o The part must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Parts

o Electronic and electrical parts that have been removed from their original packaging.

o Custom parts ordered specifically at the customer's request or manufactured for them.


3. Return or Exchange Costs

o The customer bears the shipping costs, not exceeding 30% of the value of rare parts requested for exchange or return. The customer's share of the costs will not exceed 30% of the value of the parts to be returned or exchanged.

o Specially ordered parts for the customer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including parts manufactured based on the customer’s request.




Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period

o A one-year warranty from the invoice date applies to spare parts and accessories sold, excluding consumable parts such as filters, belts, and oils.

o A one-year warranty or 20,000 km (whichever comes first) is provided for parts installed at Aljomaih Service Centers, covering replacement costs and labor charges.


2. Warranty Scope

o The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

o It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect installation.


3. Parts Replaced Under Warranty

o Replaced parts under warranty become the property of Aljomaih Automotive.




Pricing

o A fee of 150 SAR will be charged for each pricing request.




General Conditions

1. Tampering with Parts

o If there is suspicion that the part has been tampered with or installed by an unauthorized person, the company reserves the right to refuse return, exchange, or warranty after conducting a thorough inspection.

o Inspection fees (if applicable) will not exceed 250 SAR.


2. Policy Updates

o The return policy and warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice and will be announced when changes occur.


3. Handling Environmentally Hazardous Parts

o The company is committed to managing hazardous parts in accordance with applicable environmental and regulatory policies.
